How to use your Parents NSW Voucher
Step 1: Redeem your Voucher
- First up, you’ll need to register for your vouchers, click here
- Once registered, your vouchers will appear on your Service NSW app in the voucher section
Step 2: Book using your Voucher
- Once you have received your Parents NSW voucher, you are now able to book your tickets using your unique voucher code
- Select the amount of travellers and your preferred date and session time. When checking out, be sure to click the box that says ‘Have a Parents NSW Voucher?’ and then enter your unique Parents NSW Voucher code
- You can use a maximum of one Parents NSW Voucher voucher per transaction
Step 3: Visit us
- You have now booked with your Parents NSW Voucher and it is time to visit us! Be sure to have your tickets ready on your phone, or printed out ready to be scanned
- You will have noticed when booking you selected a time slot – be sure to arrive around 5 minutes before your time slot so you can enter on time!

- During NSW school holiday periods, Sydney Tower EYE is open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm (last entry is at 6pm)

- You are required to select a date and time for your visit when making your online purchase
- Ensure you visit Sydney Tower Eye at the date and time you select. Latecomers may not be allowed entry

- Once inside the attraction you may stay as long as you wish
- Pre-purchased tickets are only valid for the date you have selected upon purchase. If presenting a ticket on a date other than the date you have selected, additional fees may apply or admission denied
